Summary:To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device capable of compactly forming a configuration that allows manual cleaning operations in the event of an emergency such as a power failure.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl cleaning device 1 includes: an interlocking shaft member 813 that rotates in conjunction with the opening and closing operation of an on-off valve 7 that opens and closes a drain port 21 of a tank 2; an arm member 92 that has a linear member mounting portion 923 disposed at one end of the interlocking shaft member 813 and having a linear member W mounted thereto, and disposed so that it can be moved to a coaxial position where the linear member mounting portion 923 is positioned coaxially with the axis of the interlocking shaft member 813 and an eccentric position where the linear member mounting portion 923 is made eccentric from the axis of the interlocking shaft member 813 by an eccentric mechanism 91; and a spring member 93 that biases the arm member 92 so that the linear member mounting portion 923 returns to the coaxial position.
