To provide a thermal conductive adhesive sheet having a thermal conductivity, and having excellent adhesive force and re-detachability (reworkability).SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition for forming a thermal conductive adhesive sheet containing a nitrogen-containing monomer as an A component, at least one kind selected from a carboxyl group-containing monomer and a unit derived from the carboxyl group-containing monomer as a B component, at least one kind selected from a monofunctional acrylic acid ester monomer and a unit derived from the monofunctional acrylic acid ester monomer as a C component, a polyfunctional acrylic acid ester monomer as a D component, a thermal conductive particle containing a simple substance of a metal element or a metal compound, and a dispersant, with the A component of 2 to 20 pts.mass, the B component of 3 to 30 pts.mass, the C component of 50 to 95 pts.mass, the D component of 0.1 to 1.8 pts.mass, the thermal conductive particle of 40 to 400 pts.mass and the dispersant of 0.1 to 13 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of the A component, the B component, and the C component.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、熱伝導性を有する粘着シートであって、優れた粘着力と再剥離性（リワーク性）を兼ね備えた熱伝導性粘着シートを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】Ａ成分として窒素含有モノマー、Ｂ成分として、カルボキシル基含有モノマー及びカルボキシル基含有モノマー由来単位から選択される少なくとも１種、Ｃ成分として、単官能アクリル酸エステルモノマー及び単官能アクリル酸エステル由来単位から選択される少なくとも１種、Ｄ成分として多官能アクリル酸エステルモノマー、金属元素の単体又は金属化合物を含む熱伝導性粒子、及び分散剤、を含む粘着剤組成物であって、Ａ成分、Ｂ成分、Ｃ成分の合計１００質量部に対して、Ａ成分を２〜２０質量部、Ｂ成分を３〜３０質量部、Ｃ成分を５０〜９５質量部、Ｄ成分を０．１〜１．８質量部、熱伝導性粒子を４０〜４００質量部、分散剤を０．１〜１３質量部含む、熱伝導性粘着シート形成用粘着剤組成物。【選択図】なし
