Summary:To provide a laminated lumber capable of obtaining sufficient bond strength, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: In a laminated lumber 10, end parts of lumbers 12a and 12b are jointed together. A plurality of peak parts 14 protruding in an X direction and a plurality of valley parts 16 dented in the X direction for the peak parts 14 to be fit thereto are provided to the lumbers 12a and 12b, respectively. A through hole 20 penetrating in a Y direction is provided to a joint portion 18 where the peak part 14 and the valley part 16 are mutually engaged. A pair of plugs 22 are pressed in the through hole 20 from both surfaces in the Y direction. The peak parts 14 and the valley parts 16 are alternately formed along the Y direction, and extended along a Z direction, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】十分な接合強度が得られる集成材およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】集成材10は木材12aと12bとの端部同士が継ぎ合わされている。木材12aおよび12bにはそれぞれ、X方向に突出する複数の山部14と、X方向に窪み山部14が嵌まり込む複数の谷部16とが設けられている。山部14と谷部16とが相互に噛み合わされた継合箇所18にはY方向に貫通する貫通孔20が設けられている。貫通孔20には、Y方向両面から一対の栓22が圧入されている。山部14および谷部16はY方向に沿って交互に形成されており、それぞれZ方向に沿って延在している。【選択図】図1
