To provide a miniaturized humidifier for fuel cell.SOLUTION: A humidifier 10 includes a casing 11 and a partition wall portion 12 formed in a corrugated shape along the longitudinal direction. The partition wall portion 12 includes a first contact portion 12a that contacts a lower plate portion 31, a second contact portion 12b that contacts an upper plate portion 32, and a plurality of partition portions 40 formed of a film-like moisture permeable membrane 50 that allows only water vapor to pass through the entire or partial surface.
