Summary: | To provide a small high-frequency heating device with high heating efficiency.SOLUTION: The high frequency heating device includes: a high-frequency power generating unit 1 for generating microwaves; a surface wave line 4 made of a conductive material; a power feeding unit 2 connected from the high-frequency power generating unit 1; a loop antenna 3 provided at a tip of the power feeding unit 2. The loop antenna 3 is configured to face an end portion of the surface wave line 4. Thereby, by propagating high frequency power from the power feeding unit to the surface wave line 4 via the loop antenna 3, it becomes possible to keep high input impedance and prevent radiation resistance from dropping so as to perform efficient surface wave heating while the power feeding unit 2 is downsized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】小型かつ加熱効率の高い高周波加熱装置の提供。【解決手段】マイクロ波を発生させる高周波電力発生部1と、導電性材料からなる表面波線路4と、高周波電力発生部1からつながる給電部2と、給電部2の先端に設けたループアンテナ3を備え、ループアンテナ3は表面波線路4の端部に面した構成としてある。これにより、高周波電力を給電部からループアンテナ3を介して表面波線路4に伝播させることで、高い入力インピーダンスを保ち、放射抵抗の低下を防ぐことができて、給電部2を小型化しつつ、効率の良い表面波加熱を行うことができる。【選択図】図1 |
