To provide an auction system capable of reducing a purchase desired price of a real estate property according to a bid status of a purchaser's purchase desired price, allowing visual confirmation of a variation of the selling desired price and the purchase desired price, and providing the seller and the buyer with the opportunity to purchase and sell the property by visually matching.SOLUTION: A real estate transaction matching auction system is for trading a real estate property on the Internet, an auction server is provided with a property information display unit and displays the property selling information on the property, and also displays a price fluctuation graph that compares and displays the price of the sales desired price which decreases due to the time elapsed from the initial sales request price of the real estate property seller to the purchase desired price which increases as the bid price (the purchase desired price) of the multiple real estate property buyers at the same time, based on the property selling information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 不動産物件の販売希望価格を購入者の購入希望価格の入札状況に応じて下げることが可能で、販売希望価格と購入希望価格の変動状況を視覚的に確認することができ、条件が合致すると視覚的にマッチング表示を行い、販売者と購入者の売買の機会をスムーズに提供できるオークションシステムを実現することを課題とする。【解決手段】 インターネット上で不動産物件を競りにより取引するための不動産取引マッチングオークションシステムであって、オークションサーバには、物件情報表示部が設けられており、物件販売情報を表示し、かつ、該物件販売情報に基づき、不動産物件販売者の当初の販売希望価格からの時間経過により下がる変動をする販売希望価格と、複数の不動産物件購入者による入札価格（購入希望価格）の時間経過により上がる変動をする購入希望価格とを同時に対比させて表示するための価格変動グラフを表示する。【選択図】図２
