To realize a new logistics system that improves delivery efficiency than before and reduces the time from an order to a product delivery.SOLUTION: The transportation and delivery management system manages a sales system that ships goods from a warehouse or from the nearest location associated with a specific destination depending on the destination, comprises instruction means which transmits, to a warehouse server or relay base associated with the warehouse before receiving an order for goods from a customer, a transport instruction for transported goods from the warehouse or relay base to the nearest location, and transmits, to the nearest base server associated with the nearest base after receiving the order for goods from the customer, a delivery instruction for delivering the ordered goods to the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来よりも配達効率が改善し、かつ、注文から商品配達までに要する時間を短縮できる新規な物流方式を実現する。【解決手段】配達先に応じて、倉庫から、または特定の配達先に関連付けられた最寄拠点から、商品を発送する販売システムを管理する輸配送管理システムであって、前記顧客から商品の発注を受ける前に、前記倉庫に関連付けられた倉庫サーバもしくは中継拠点に対して、前記倉庫もしくは中継拠点から前記最寄拠点に商品を輸送するための輸送指示を送信し、前記顧客から商品の発注を受けた後に、前記最寄拠点に関連付けられた最寄拠点サーバに対して、発注された商品を前記顧客に納品するための納品指示を送信する、指示手段と、を備える。【選択図】図１
