Summary:To improve convenience of technique for providing a car sharing service.SOLUTION: A server 20 includes a communication unit 21, a storage unit 22 that stores historical information and a control unit 23 that receives reservation request of a user, identifies from among a plurality of users a first user and a second user in which a drop-off request position and a drop-off request time of the first user and a riding request position and a riding request time of the second user are matched in predetermined ranges respectively, determines characteristic information of the first user and the second user based on the historical information of the first user and the second user, and when the characteristic information of the first user matches the characteristic information of the second user in a predetermined range, transmits proposal information to terminal apparatuses 10 of the first user and the second user. The proposal information includes a proposal that, during the first user uses a vehicle, after the vehicle the first user rides moves to the riding request position of the second user and the second user rides, the vehicle moves to the drop-off request position of the first user and the first user drops off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カーシェアリングサービスを提供するため技術の利便性を向上させる。【解決手段】サーバ20は、通信部21と、履歴情報を記憶する記憶部22と、ユーザの予約希望情報を受信し、複数のユーザの中から、第1ユーザの降車希望位置及び降車希望時刻と第2ユーザの乗車希望位置及び乗車希望時刻とがそれぞれ所定範囲内で合致するような、第1ユーザ及び第2ユーザを特定し、第1ユーザ及び第2ユーザの履歴情報に基づいて第1ユーザ及び第2ユーザの特性情報を決定し、第1ユーザの特性情報と第2ユーザの特性情報とが所定範囲内で合致する場合、第1ユーザ及び第2ユーザの端末装置10へ提案情報を送信する制御部23と、を備える。提案情報は、第1ユーザによる車両の利用中に、第1ユーザの乗車する車両が、第2ユーザの乗車希望位置まで移動して第2ユーザを乗車させた後、第1ユーザの降車希望位置まで移動して第1ユーザを降車させる提案を含む。【選択図】図1
