Summary:To make a photoreceptor less likely to wear than a case where potential of a surface of an image agent support material is set to ground potential at a fixed time regardless of a film thickness of the photoreceptor and speed at which the photoreceptor approaches the ground potential.SOLUTION: An image formation device 10 comprises: a photoreceptor 110 that has a film 114 formed on a surface and holds a latent image; a development device 130 provided with a development sleeve 138 for holding a developer to be supplied to the photoreceptor 110; and a controller 300 for controlling the development device 130.
