Summary:To make the differential rotation of a lockup clutch at acceleration flexible control to low-differential rotation while taking into account noise such as a muffled sound in a cabin and vibration.SOLUTION: In a control device employed to a power transmission device having a torque converter and a lockup clutch, and performing acceleration flexible control for controlling the differential rotation of the lockup clutch to target differential rotation at the acceleration of a vehicle, the control device comprises differential rotation control means for setting, as target differential rotation when performing the acceleration flexible control, first target differential rotation and second target differential rotation of low-differential rotation which is lower than the first target differential rotation. The differential rotation control means decides an initial value of the second target differential rotation on the basis of the first target differential rotation, and when a prescribed time elapses after a start of the acceleration flexible control, increases the second target differential rotation stepwise from the initial value, and changes the second target differential rotation so as to approximate the first target differential rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】車内こもり音等の騒音および振動を考慮しつつ加速フレックス制御時のロックアップクラッチの差回転を低差回転化すること。【解決手段】トルクコンバータと、ロックアップクラッチと、を備える動力伝達装置に適用され、車両加速時にロックアップクラッチの差回転を目標差回転に制御する加速フレックス制御を実行する制御装置であって、加速フレックス制御を実行する際の目標差回転として、第1目標差回転と、第1目標差回転よりも低差回転の第2目標差回転とを設定する差回転制御手段を備え、差回転制御手段は、第1目標差回転に基づいて第2目標差回転の初期値を決定し、加速フレックス制御を開始後に所定時間経過すると、第2目標差回転を初期値から段階的に大きくして第1目標差回転に近づけるように変化させる。【選択図】図5
