Summary:To provide a hot rolled steel sheet having excellent scale adhesion uniformly in a longer direction even in a hot rolled steel sheet with larger sheet thickness, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a hot rolled steel sheet excellent scale adhesion uniformly having a scale layer on a surface and having a prescribed component composition, the scale layer has a magnetite layer from a ground iron side, a magnetite particle and/or an eutectoid transformation structure of iron and magnetite over the magnetite layer, the average particle diameter of the magnetite and/or average block size of the eutectoid transformation structure is 3 μm to 8 μm, and mass fraction of wustite contained in the scale layer is 10% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】より大きい板厚の熱延鋼板においても、優れたスケール密着性を長手方向において均一に有する熱延鋼板およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】表面にスケール層を有する熱延鋼板であって、所定の成分組成を有し、前記スケール層が、地鉄側からマグネタイト層と、前記マグネタイト層の上層にマグネタイト粒および/または鉄とマグネタイトの共析変態組織を有し、前記マグネタイト粒の平均粒径および/または前記共析変態組織の平均ブロックサイズが3μm以上8μm以下であり、前記スケール層中に含まれるウスタイトの質量分率が10%以下であることを特徴とするスケール密着性に優れた熱延鋼板。【選択図】なし
