Summary: | To provide a truck frame including a transverse beam having a pair of pipe members which are extended in a vehicle width direction and arrayed in a vehicle longitudinal direction in that smooth load transmission to a pair of pipe members is realized from an air spring while securing an arrangement space of a center pin.SOLUTION: A truck frame includes a transverse beam extending in a vehicle width direction in that a center pin arrangement space is formed at a center part in the vehicle width direction. The transverse beam includes a pair of pipe members extending in the vehicle width direction and arrayed in a vehicle longitudinal direction separately from each other and an air spring seat provided on a top surface of an end part in the vehicle width direction of the pair of pipe members. At least one of the pair of pipe members has a curved part protruding outward in the vehicle longitudinal direction such that a separation direction between the pair of pipe members is increased at a center part in the vehicle width direction. The center pin arrangement space is formed by the curved part between the pair of pipe members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】車幅方向に延び且つ車両長手方向に並んだ一対の管部材を有する横梁を備えた台車枠において、中心ピンの配置空間を確保しながらも空気バネから一対の管部材への円滑な荷重伝達を実現する。【解決手段】台車枠は、車幅方向に延び且つ車幅方向中央部に中心ピン配置空間が形成された横梁を備える。前記横梁は、車幅方向に延び且つ車両長手方向に互いに離間して並んだ一対の管部材と、前記一対の管部材の車幅方向端部の上面に設けられた空気バネ座と、を有する。前記一対の管部材の少なくとも一方は、その車幅方向中央部において、前記一対の管部材の互いの離間距離が増加するように車両長手方向外方に突出した湾曲部を有する。前記中心ピン配置空間は、前記一対の管部材の間において前記湾曲部により形成されている。【選択図】図2 |
