A support bracket 22 has a guide protrusion 24 or the like which is engaged with the engagement pin 36 or the like while including a first guide recess 28 extending to a rear oblique upper part of a vehicle, and a second recess 29 sharply extending to a rear oblique upper part of the vehicle rather than the first guide recess 28.
