Summary:To inspect a winding condition of a rubber strip.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for inspecting a winding state of a belt-like rubber strip 3 wound around an outer periphery 2o of a wound body 2. The rubber strip 3 is continuously supplied to the wound body 2 by an applicator 4 that is movable in an axial direction T1 of the wound body 2 as the wound body 2 rotates. The applicator 4 is disposed at a position away from the wound body 2 in a supply direction T2 of the rubber strip 3. The method includes the steps of: measuring a first position P1 which is a position in an axial direction T1 of an arbitrary part P when the arbitrary part P of the rubber strip 3 is separated from the applicator 4 in the supply direction; measuring a second position P2 that is a position in the axial direction T1 of the arbitrary part P when the arbitrary part P is wound around the outer periphery 2o; and inspecting a winding state on the basis of a distance D between the first position P1 and the second position P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】 ゴムストリップの巻付状態を検査する。【解決手段】 被巻付体2の外周2oに巻き付けられる帯状のゴムストリップ3の巻付状態を検査するための方法である。ゴムストリップ3は、被巻付体2の回転に伴って、被巻付体2の軸心方向T1に移動可能なアプリケータ4によって被巻付体2に連続して供給される。アプリケータ4は、被巻付体2からゴムストリップ3の供給方向T2に離れた位置に配置されている。方法は、ゴムストリップ3の任意の部分Pがアプリケータ4から供給方向に離れたときの任意の部分Pの軸心方向T1の位置である第1位置P1を測定する工程と、任意の部分Pが外周2oに巻き付けられたときの任意の部分Pの軸心方向T1の位置である第2位置P2を測定する工程と、第1位置P1と第2位置P2との間の距離Dに基づいて、巻付状態を検査する工程とを含む。【選択図】図9
