Summary:To provide a tool tooth part engagement structure.SOLUTION: A tool tooth part engagement structure in which a storage hole is provided in a tool member, a hexagonal tooth part is formed around the storage hole, a concaved arc part is provided at a center of each tooth part, a beveled side extends towards both sides from the concaved arc part, and the beveled side is so located as to have an angular difference of 2 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane. By this structure, the tool member can operate a normal work body, and also can be attached to and detached from the work body of which a corresponding dimension is crushed. Regardless of whether the tool member operates forward rotation or reverse rotation, contact operation can be performed by use of the beveled side on one side of each tooth part in either case, and therefore, the tool member has six flat faces all of which can contact the work body with each rotation operation, reaches good torque output state based on this, and can protect the work body from a damage caused by operation by contact state between faces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】工具歯部噛合構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る工具歯部噛合構造において、その構造の工具部材に収容孔が開設されて、収容孔の周囲に六角形状の歯部が形成され、前記各歯部の中央に凹弧部が設けられると共に、凹弧部から両側に向けて斜角辺が延在し、前記斜角辺が、水平面に対して2度の角度差を有するように配置される。上記構造により、その工具部材が正常なワーク体を操作することができるほか、その対応寸法の角潰しを施したワーク体に対して着脱を行うこともでき、工具部材が正転または逆転を操作するに拘わらず、いずれの場合にも各歯部の片側の斜角辺を利用して当接操作を実行することができるため、各回の回転操作で工具部材は、いずれもワーク体と互いに当接になる6つの平面を有し、これに基づいて良好なトルク出力状態に達し、かつ面と面の当接状態によって、ワーク体を操作により生じる損傷の状況から保護することができる。【選択図】図8
