Summary: | To increase a take-up speed on the demand that winding-up force when a coil is taken up is in a uniform form, namely, respective metal plates of a multi-row metal plate can be adjusted more speedily and strictly into a uniform form so as to improve an operation rate of multi-row metal plate taking-up, and thus productivity is improved.SOLUTION: Since a quantity of clamping by a deflector roll is adjusted, tension of all metal plates of multiple rows is adjusted, and since each metal plate is provided with a plurality of grooves at an elastic material lining made of an elastic material having lower hardness than a tension adjusting roller, the tension of the multi-row metal plate is adjusted. The whole integral adjustment and the individual adjustments are combined so as to adjust the multi-row metal plate tension into a uniform shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コイル巻取り時における巻き締め力を均一形態で、すなわち多条の金属板の各金属板の張力がより迅速により厳密に均一形態に調整され得、多条の金属板巻取りの稼働率を向上させ、生産性を上げることの要請に応え、巻取りスピードを上げることを可能とする。【解決手段】デフレクタロールによる、抱き付き量が調整されたことで、多条の全金属板の張力を調整し、各金属板に複数の溝が前記張力調整ローラよりも硬度が低い弾性材料からなる弾性材料ライニングに設けられた形態にしたことで、多条の金属板の張力を調整して、全体一体調整及び個別調整を組み合わせ、多条の金属板張力を同時に均一形態に調整する。【選択図】図1 |
