Summary:To provide a variator that is improved in performance and operation control, and a control system for the same.SOLUTION: A stator assembly has a plural of traction planetary assemblies (142) and is configured so that a first stator (160) and a second stator (164) rotate to each other, in which the second stator has a guide slot (165) forming an angle in plural radial directions. A cam lobe adapted to be coupled with a reaction plate is provided on the reaction plate (162) coaxial with the first stator and the second stator and on a plurality of eccentric gears (168) coupled with the first stator. A reaction lobe adapted to be coupled with the second stator is provided on each eccentric gear.
