Summary: | To provide a material simply applied to a desired portion in a work site and excellent in sound absorption performance capable of effectively preventing sound leakage.SOLUTION: A two liquid reaction type urethane resin composition is prepared from a polyisocyanate component (X) and a polyol component (Y). The polyol component (Y) includes a polyol component (a), a catalyst (b), a foam stabilizer (c), an amine compound (d) having a primary or secondary amino group and a carbon dioxide (e), and the two liquid reaction type urethane resin composition when cured is an open cell flexible polyurethane foam. The average sound absorption coefficient of the polyurethane foam measured at 63 to 5000 Hz by JISA1405-2:2007 is 30% or more, and a liquid dripping length measured by a specific method is within 300 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業現場で所望の部位に簡便に適用することができ、かつ音漏れを効果的に防止しうる吸音性能に優れた材料。【解決手段】ポリイソシアネート成分(X)とポリオール含有成分(Y)とから調製される2液反応型ウレタン樹脂組成物であって、ポリオール含有成分(Y)が、ポリオール成分(a)、触媒(b)、整泡剤(c)、1級または2級のアミノ基を有するアミン化合物(d)および二酸化炭素(e)を含み、硬化した際の前記2液反応型ウレタン樹脂組成物が、連続気泡性軟質ポリウレタンフォームであり、該ポリウレタンフォームのJISA1405−2:2007により測定される63ヘルツから5000ヘルツの平均吸音率が30%以上であり、かつ、特定の方法により測定される液垂れ長さが、300mm以内である、2液反応型ウレタン樹脂組成物。【選択図】図2 |
