Summary: | To provide an ultrarapid hardening cement composition capable of maintaining excellent flowability during work and producing a hardened body that develops high strength in a short time, and a mortar composition and a concrete composition containing the ultrarapid hardening cement composition.SOLUTION: The ultrarapid hardening cement composition comprises ultrarapid hardening cement and a retardant, with the ultrarapid hardening cement including portland cement, calcium sulfonate and calcium aluminate, the retardant including potassium sodium tartrate, and the mineral composition in the crystal phase of the calcium aluminate, i.e., (CA+CAS+Corundum)/(CA+CA+CaAlOSO) being not lower than 0.300 and not higher than 0.900 and CA/(CA+CA+CaAlOSO) being not lower than 0.600.SELECTED DRAWING: None
