Summary: | To provide an adhering method in which an adhesive strength is enhanced to approximately two times without adding an additive when applying surface modification to a resin such as acrylic one and a glass by use of an ultraviolet light and adhering these to one another, and an optical component adhered by use of the method.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhering method of optical components comprising an acrylic resin and a glass. The surface of the acrylic resin and/or the glass is surface-modified at least one time with an ultraviolet-region excimer laser of a wave length of 170-190 nm. An adhesive is applied to a surface-modified portion to adhere the acrylic resin and the glass. There is also provided an optical component formed by adhering an acrylic resin and a glass using this adhering method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アクリル等の樹脂とガラスに紫外線による表面改質を施すと共に接着剤を用いてこれらを接着するにあたり、添加剤を添加せずに接着強度を2倍程度向上させた接着方法およびその方法によって接着を行った光学部品を提供する。【解決手段】アクリル樹脂とガラスからなる光学部品の接着方法であって、アクリル樹脂および/またはガラスの表面を波長170〜190nmの紫外域エキシマレーザ光で少なくとも1回表面改質し、表面改質した箇所に接着剤を塗布し、アクリル樹脂およびガラスを接合することを特徴とする光学部品の接着方法。また、この接着方法によってアクリル樹脂とガラスを接合したことを特徴とする光学部品。【選択図】図1 |
