To simplify the connection operation of a user to an external system/external server by predicting an external system/external service the user wants to connect in an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: a user management part capable of managing user information of a user who performs use between an image forming apparatus and an external system/external service; an external system/external service management part for managing processing information executed on the external system/external service and related to the user information; and a device input information management part for managing input information performed to the image forming apparatus by the user.
