Summary:To provide an imaging apparatus capable of improving image quality.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 includes an imaging element 101, actuators 103a and 103b for changing the relative position of the imaging surface of the imaging element 101 with respect to an optical image projected to the imaging surface, and a synthesis part 108 for synthesizing pixel data outputted from the imaging element 101, to generate a synthetic image. The actuators 103a and 103b arrange the light-receiving area of a first light-receiving part corresponding to a first color in each of a plurality of positions in the pixel area of the optical image in order.
