Summary:To inhibit a junction between an electrode terminal and a power receiving electrode from being damaged while suppressing an increase in the amount of heat transfer from a holding body to a support.SOLUTION: A heater includes: a holding body having a substantially planar first surface substantially orthogonal to a first direction and a second surface on the side opposite to the first surface; a tubular support; a resistance heating element arranged inside the holding body; a power receiving electrode electrically connected to the resistance heating element; an electrode terminal joined to a power receiving electrode through a metal brazing material; and an insulating tube in which a through hole housing the electrode terminal therein is formed.
