To give reasonable consideration to legitimate handicapped persons while supporting various types of disabilities and reduce the burden of equipment costs and operator stress.SOLUTION: A handicapped person-adaptable terminal device includes a storage part, an output part, a selection input part, a communication part, and a control part. The storage part stores data indicating a plurality of questions. The output part sequentially outputs data indicating the plurality of stored questions. The selection input part receives an input of a user responding to the output question. The communication part can communicate with a determination organization.
