Summary:To provide a light-weight, inexpensive image capturing lens that exhibits little variations in in-focus position and field angle even when ambient temperature varies significantly, and offers good optical performance, and to provide an image capturing device.SOLUTION: An image capturing lens comprises a first lens Ghaving negative refractive power, and a succeeding lens group GRarranged in order from the object side. The succeeding lens group GRcomprises a second lens Ghaving positive refractive power, an aperture stop SP, a third lens Ghaving positive refractive power, and a forth lens Ghaving negative refractive power arranged in order from the object side. The third lens Gand fourth lens Gare made of resin, and are arranged next to each other on an optical axis with an air gap therebetween.
