Summary: | To provide an internal heat exchanger that allows attachment/detachment work of an expanding device to be performed from the side of an engine room via a through hole provided in a dash panel, and a refrigeration cycle of a vehicular air conditioning device comprising the same.SOLUTION: An internal heat exchanger 100 according to the present invention comprises a heat exchange part 410, a refrigerant inlet/outlet part 420, and an expanding device connection part 130. The internal heat exchanger is detachably fixed to an expanding device by a fixing member 140 comprising a screw head part 141 and a screw shaft part 142. The screw shaft part is inserted into a first screw passage part of the expanding device connection part and inserted into a fourth screw passage part 41 of the expanding device. The refrigerant inlet/outlet part is fixed to a plate-like member 101b of the heat exchange part. The expanding device connection part is fixed to a plate-like member 101a of the heat exchange part. The heat exchange part comprises a third screw passage part 413a. The screw shaft part is inserted into the third screw passage part, and the screw head part is locked on an opening edge of the first screw passage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
