Summary:To suppress the leakage of oil into an impeller chamber.SOLUTION: An extension line L1 of an oil guide face 93b is located outside a radial direction of a high-speed side shaft rather than a spiral groove 95, and an oil supply passage 60 supplies oil toward a communication groove 93 from an external peripheral side of a fixed ring 91 along the oil guide face 93b. The oil supplied to the communication groove 93 from the oil supply passage 60 flows into the communication groove 93 while being guided to the oil guide face 93b, and supplied to a positive pressure generation groove 94. Therefore, it is avoided that the oil supplied from the oil supply passage 60 flows in toward a seal face 92s while straddling the spiral groove 95 compared with, for example, the case that the extension line L1 of the oil guide face 93b intersects with the spiral groove 95, and the oil supplied from the oil supply passage 60 is supplied along the oil guide face 93b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】オイルがインペラ室内へ洩れ出してしまうことを抑制すること。【解決手段】オイル案内面93bの延長線L1が、スパイラル溝95よりも高速側シャフトの径方向外側に位置しており、オイル供給通路60は、固定環91の外周側から連通溝93に向けてオイル案内面93bに沿ってオイルを供給する。オイル供給通路60から連通溝93に供給されるオイルは、オイル案内面93bに案内されながら連通溝93を流れて正圧発生溝94に供給される。このため、例えば、オイル案内面93bの延長線L1がスパイラル溝95と交差しており、オイル供給通路60から供給されるオイルがオイル案内面93bに沿って供給される場合に比べると、オイル供給通路60から供給されるオイルがスパイラル溝95を乗り越えてシール面92sに向けて流れ込むことが抑制される。【選択図】図5
