Summary:To provide a fastening structure for steel material structure that is superior in a fastening work at site and metallic spray coating characteristic and can attain a long period corrosion prevention state.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fastening structure in which steel materials are fastened by bolts and nuts characterized in that the fastened parts are constituted by steel materials to be fastened, steel bolts, bolt side washers, nuts and nut side washers. The bolts and bolt side washers have a molten zinc plating layer and a metal injection coating layer formed on the plating layer at a head part and a bolt side washer. The nuts and nut side washers have a molten zinc plating layer and a lubricating material layer at one of the contacts surfaces between the nut and the nut side washer and an exposed part at the nut side has a metallic injection coating layer formed on the molten zinc plating layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】現地での締結作業及び金属溶射性に優れ、長期防錆が可能な鋼材構造物の締結構造及びその締結方法の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】鋼材をボルト及びナットにて締結した締結構造であって、締結部は締結される鋼材と、鋼製のボルト、ボルト側座金、及びナット、ナット側座金で構成され、前記ボルト及びボルト側座金は溶融亜鉛メッキ層とその上に形成した金属溶射皮膜層をボルトの頭部及びボルト側座金に有し、前記ナット及びナット側座金は溶融亜鉛メッキ層と、その上であってナットとナット側座金との接触面の一方に潤滑材層を有し、前記ナット側の露出部は前記溶融亜鉛メッキ層の上に形成した金属溶射皮膜層を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
