Summary:To enable liquid leakage to be restricted.SOLUTION: A pair of spacers having a first spacer arranged at an extremity end side of a plunger and a second spacer arranged at a root side of said plunger rather than the first spacer while keeping clearance against the first spacer are arranged between a cylinder and the plunger and cleaning liquid is supplied to a first liquid sealed part acting as a space between the pair of spacers. The first liquid sealed part is provided with a first seal, a root side of the plunger rather than the second spacer is provided with a second seal and each of the first seal and the second seal is formed with a protruded part at an inner peripheral surface over its entire circumferences.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】液漏れを抑制することができる。【解決手段】プランジャの先端側に配置された第１スペーサと、第１スペーサよりも前記プランジャの根元側に、第１スペーサに対して隙間を開けて配置された第２スペーサと、を有する一対のスペーサが、シリンダとプランジャとの間に設けられ、この一対のスペーサの間の空間である第１液体封入部に洗浄液が供給される。第１液体封入部には、第１シールが設けられ、第２スペーサよりもプランジャの根元側には、第２シールが設けられ、第１シール及び第２シールはそれぞれ内周面に全周にわたって凸部が形成されている。【選択図】図１
