To provide a rolling compaction machine that can prevent freezing of a spray device due to freezing of water remaining in the spray device regardless of an operation by an operator.SOLUTION: A rolling compaction machine 1 comprises: a spray device 10 for spraying liquid on wheels 3, 5; a freeze preventing device for preventing the spray device from freezing due to the liquid remaining in the spray device; a position information detector 40 for detecting position information of the rolling compaction machine; an estimated temperature detector 42 for detecting an estimated temperature at the current position based on the position information of the rolling compaction machine detected by the position information detector; and a controller 50 for controlling the freeze preventing device.
