To notify a person on the door pulling side that an open door is about to open when the open door is going to be opened from the door pushing side.SOLUTION: An open door 100 including a lever handle 110 includes: a door pushing side human detection sensor 114A provided on the door pushing side, and for detecting approach of a person; a door pulling side human detection sensor 114A provided on the door pulling side, and for detecting approach of a person; and a determination unit 117 for determining a detection signal from the door pushing side human detection sensor and the door pulling side human detection sensor. At each lever handle 110 of the door pushing side and the door pulling side, a human detection LED 115 is provided.
