To provide a polyester-based adhesive that is excellent in all of the characteristics of adhesive strength, heat/humidity resistance, heat resistance, holding power and transparency, and is used for a label, an adhesive tape or a sheet and the like.SOLUTION: Provided is an adhesive composition containing a polyester resin (A) and an isocyanate curing agent (B) satisfying the following (1) to (4). (1) the polyester resin (A) includes a polyester segment (A-1), a polycarbodiimide segment (A-2), and an urethane segment (A-3). (2) when the polyester segment (A-1) has a polyvalent carboxylic acid component and a polyhydric alcohol component as a copolymerization component, and when the polyvalent carboxylic acid component is 100 mol%, the content of aromatic dicarboxylic acid component is 10 mol% or more. (3) when the polyhydric alcohol component of the polyester segment (A-1) is 100 mol%, the content of a glycol component having a hydrocarbon group in the side chain is 10 mol% or more. (4) the polyester resin (A) contains a metal, and the content of the metal is 10 ppm or more and 100 ppm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 粘着力、耐湿熱性、耐熱性、保持力および透明性の特性が共に優れ、ラベル、粘着テープもしくはシート等に使用されるポリエステル系粘着剤を提供すること。【解決手段】 下記（１）〜（４）を満足するポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）、イソシアネート硬化剤（Ｂ）を含有する粘着剤組成物。（１）ポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）が、ポリエステルセグメント（Ａ−１）、ポリカルボジイミドセグメント（Ａ−２）およびウレタンセグメント（Ａ−３を含む。）（２）ポリエステルセグメント（Ａ−１）が多価カルボン酸成分と多価アルコール成分を共重合成分とし、多価カルボン酸成分を１００モル％としたとき、芳香族ジカルボン酸成分の含有量が１０モル％以上である。（３）ポリエステルセグメント（Ａ−１）の多価アルコール成分を１００モル％としたとき、側鎖に炭化水素基を有するグリコール成分の含有量が１０モル％以上である。（４）ポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）が金属を含み、その金属含有量が１０ｐｐｍ以上１００ｐｐｍ以下である。【選択図】 なし
