To provide a polyester-based adhesive that is excellent in all of adhesive strength, heat resistance, holding power and transparency, and is used for a label, an adhesive tape or a sheet and the like.SOLUTION: Provided is a copolymerized polyester resin (A) satisfying the following (1) to (5). (1) a polyvalence carboxylic acid component and a polyhydric alcohol component are used as a copolymerization component. (2) when the polyvalent carboxylic acid component of the copolymerized polyester resin (A) is 100 mol%, the content of aromatic dicarboxylic acid component is 30 mol% or less. (3) When the polyvalent carboxylic acid component of the copolymerized polyester resin (A) is 100 mol%, the content of alicyclic dicarboxylic acid component is 40 mol% or more. (4) When the polyhydric alcohol component of the copolymerized polyester resin (A) is 100 mol%, the content of the glycol component having a hydrocarbon group in the side chain is less than 30 mol%. (5) the number average molecular weight of the copolymerized polyester resin (A) is in the range of 2500 to 15000.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 粘着力、耐熱性、保持力および透明性の特性が共に優れ、ラベル、粘着テープもしくはシート等に使用されるポリエステル系粘着剤を提供すること。【解決手段】 下記（１）〜（５）を満足する共重合ポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）。（１）多価カルボン酸成分と多価アルコール成分を共重合成分とする。（２）共重合ポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）の多価カルボン酸成分を１００モル％としたとき、芳香族ジカルボン酸成分の含有量が３０モル％以下である。（３）共重合ポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）の多価カルボン酸成分を１００モル％としたとき、脂環族ジカルボン酸成分の含有量が４０モル％以上である。（４）共重合ポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）の多価アルコール成分を１００モル％としたとき、側鎖に炭化水素基を有するグリコール成分の含有量が３０モル％未満である。（５）共重合ポリエステル樹脂（Ａ）の数平均分子量が２５００〜１５０００の範囲である。【選択図】 なし
