To develop oily solid cosmetics that have excellent usability while maintaining the strength at the time of the use as an oily solid, have no stress on the skin due to collapse on the skin without stickiness, have excellent moisture retention, provide relaxing effect when using.SOLUTION: Provided is an oily solid cosmetic containing the following ingredients (A) to (D): (A) polyethylene glycol; (B) hydrous oil; (C) a liquid paste oil at 25°C other than B; and (D) a solid wax at 25°C; the content mass ratio {(A)+(B)+(C)}/(D) of the component (A), (B), (C) and the component (D) being 4 to 9, and the extensibility measured using a texture analyzer being 26 to 45.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 油性固形としての使用時の強度を保ちながら、使用性に優れ、べたつきがなく肌上で崩れることで肌への負担感なく、保湿性に優れ、使用するとリラックス効果を得られる油性固形化粧料の開発。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）〜（Ｄ）；（Ａ）ポリエチレングリコール（Ｂ）抱水性油剤（Ｃ）Ｂ以外の２５℃で液状〜ペースト状の油液状の油（Ｄ）２５℃で固形状のワックスを含有し、成分（Ａ）（Ｂ）（Ｃ）と成分（Ｄ）の含有質量割合｛（Ａ）＋（Ｂ）＋（Ｃ）｝／（Ｄ）が４〜９であり、テクスチャーアナライザーを用いて測定した延展性が２６〜４５である油性固形化粧料。【選択図】なし
