Summary:To execute, in a control apparatus for a vehicle which executes vehicle yaw control for adding a yaw moment to the vehicle, the vehicle yaw control while taking into account vehicle attitude control for reducing the driving force of the vehicle in response to the turning operation of a steering device, thereby appropriately suppressing a sense of discomfort given to a driver by the control.SOLUTION: A control apparatus for a vehicle comprises: a steering wheel 6; an engine 4 for outputting the driving force of a vehicle 1; a brake device 16 capable of applying different braking forces to left and right wheels; and a PCM 14 including a processor, etc. In such a case that, after executing vehicle attitude control for reducing the output torque of the engine 4 in response to the turning operation of the steering wheel 6, the PCM 14 executes vehicle yaw control for controlling the brake device 16 so as to add, to the vehicle 1, a yaw moment in a direction opposite to the direction of a yaw rate generated in the vehicle 1, the PCM 14 increases a controlled variable in the vehicle yaw control when a controlled variable in the vehicle attitude control is large, as compared to when it is not large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】ヨーモーメントを車両に付加する車両ヨー制御を行う車両の制御装置において、操舵装置の切り込み操作に基づき車両の駆動力を低下させる車両姿勢制御を考慮して車両ヨー制御を実行することで、当該制御によりドライバーに与える違和感を適切に抑制する。【解決手段】車両の制御装置は、ステアリングホイール6と、車両1の駆動力を出力するエンジン4と、左右の車輪に異なる制動力を付与可能なブレーキ装置16と、プロセッサなどを含むPCM14と、を備える。このPCM14は、ステアリングホイール6の切り込み操作に基づきエンジン4の出力トルクを低下させる車両姿勢制御の実行後に、車両1に発生しているヨーレートとは逆回りのヨーモーメントを車両1に付加するようにブレーキ装置16を制御する車両ヨー制御を実行する場合において、車両姿勢制御の制御量が大きいときには、そうでないときよりも車両ヨー制御の制御量を大きくする。【選択図】図6
