Summary: | To provide an output distribution apparatus of a hydraulic power station and a hydraulic power generation system capable of determining each optical value of a power generation output, the volume of water stored and a flow rate with high accuracy.SOLUTION: Formulation means 21 sets, as a state variable, a variable indicating sections of the volume of water stored divided into the given number of sections, a variable indicating a flow-rate to power-generation-output characteristic changing due to a water level head drop fluctuation of the hydraulic power station and indicating in which section a power generation output and a flow rate are present, and a variable indicating in which time zone and about how much the power generation output, the flow rate and the volume of water stored the hydraulic power station is operated. In addition, as a constraint condition, upper and lower limits of the volume of water stored and upper and lower limits of the power generation output in each time zone are set and, as an objective function, profit maximization and operation cost minimization are set for all time zones in an output distribution period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】発電出力、貯水量および流量の最適値を高い精度で決めることができる水力発電所の出力配分装置および水力発電システムを提供する。【解決手段】定式化手段21は、状態変数として、所与の区分数に分割された貯水量の区分を表す変数と、水力発電所の水位落差変動により変化する流量−発電出力特性を区分線形近似で表してどの区分に発電出力および流量が存在するかを表す変数と、どの時間帯にどのくらいの発電出力、流量および貯水量で水力発電所を運転するかを表す変数と、を設定する。また、制約条件として、各時間帯の貯水量の上下限および発電出力の上下限を設定し、目的関数として、出力配分期間の全時間帯の収益最大化または運転コスト最小化を設定する。【選択図】図1 |
