Summary:To solve the problem in which the maintenance frequency of a filter increases as processing air amount of a conventional blower with a filter deteriorates when pressure loss increases due to clogging of a filter.SOLUTION: A detection part 7 detects a current value supplied to an electric motor A13, and a calculation part 8 calculates the change. Then, when the current value becomes lower than the preset value, a control part 9 operates an energization part 16, and after a filter part 5 moves to the downstream side by a movable part 17, it collides with a suppression part 19, and dust captured by the filter part 5 is patted and dropped to the upstream side. Thus, dust removal of the filter part 5 can be performed. Therefore, clogging of a filter in a long term use is removed, and maintenance frequency can be suppressed even in a long term use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】従来のフィルタ付送風機は、フィルタの目詰まりによって圧力損失が大きくなると送風機の処理風量が低下するため、フィルタのメンテナンス回数が増加するという課題を有していた。【解決手段】電動機A13に給電される電流値を検知部7が検知し、その変化を算出部8が算出する。そして、電流値が設定された値を下回ると、制御部9が付勢部16を動作させ、フィルタ部5が可動部17により下流側に移動した後、抑止部19に衝突することで、フィルタ部5で捕集された粉塵を上流側へ叩き落し、フィルタ部5の除塵を行うことができる。そのため、長期使用におけるフィルタの詰まりを除去し、長期間の使用でもメンテナンス頻度を抑制とすることができる。【選択図】図2
