Summary: | To provide a motor cooling control system comprising a function capable of calculating a field current temperature so as to make possible drive control of a cooling fan of which the energy saving efficiency is further improved, while taking the lifetime of a motor into consideration.SOLUTION: A motor cooling control system comprises: an inverter; a fan motor; a fan; a first arithmetic unit which calculates a stator winding temperature; a second arithmetic unit which calculates a field winding temperature; and an arithmetic control unit which determines an output frequency for controlling the inverter on the basis of the stator winding temperature and the field winding temperature. In an idling state, the second arithmetic unit calculates the field winding temperature by using a VA method and during a load operation that is performed after the idling state, the second arithmetic unit calculates the field winding temperature during the load operation by defining the field winding temperature that is calculated in the idling state, as an initial value and adding a correction amount that is stored beforehand in accordance with a load operation condition, to the initial value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電動機の寿命を考慮し、省エネルギー効率をさらに高めた冷却ファンの駆動制御を可能とするように、界磁電流温度を算出できる機能を備えたモータ冷却制御システムを得る。【解決手段】インバータと、ファンモータと、ファンと、固定子巻線温度を算出する第1の演算部と、界磁巻線温度を算出する第2の演算部と、固定子巻線温度および界磁巻線温度に基づいてインバータを制御する出力周波数を特定する演算制御部と、を備え、第2の演算部は、アイドリング状態においては、VA法を用いて界磁巻線温度を算出し、アイドリング状態の後に行われる負荷運転中においては、アイドリング状態において算出した界磁巻線温度を初期値として、負荷運転条件に応じてあらかじめ記憶された補正量を初期値に対して加算することで、負荷運転時における界磁巻線温度を算出する。【選択図】図1 |
