The magnetic circuit is an external magnetic type magnetic circuit having a yoke 23, a magnet 21, and a plate 22. The frame has a connection part to which the magnetic circuit is connected and a hole part 31c located at the outer side of the connection part. A case opening to the frame covers the magnetic circuit and the frame. A gap is formed between an edge end part of a case, located at the outer side of the hole part and at the acoustic radiation side, and the frame.
