Summary: | To provide a fuel cell system capable of accurately determining desulfurization performance of a desulfurization unit, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 10 comprises: a molecular weight detection unit for detecting a molecular weight of hydrocarbon gas supplied from an LP gas cylinder 1; a sulfur concentration estimation unit for determining an estimated sulfur concentration in the hydrocarbon gas to be supplied from the LP gas cylinder 1 to a desulfurization unit 11, on the basis of the molecular weight of the hydrocarbon gas and predetermined relation for more highly estimating the sulfur concentration in the hydrocarbon gas as the molecular weight of the hydrocarbon gas is higher; a processed sulfur amount derivation unit for deriving an amount of desulfurization-processed sulfur within a prescribed period, on the basis of the estimated sulfur concentration in the prescribed period and a desulfurization-processed volume within the prescribed period of the hydrocarbon gas having the estimated sulfur concentration; an integrated value derivation unit for integrating amounts of desulfurization-processed sulfur to derive an integrated value of amounts of the desulfurization-processed sulfur on which desulfurization processing is performed by the desulfurization unit 11; and a life determination unit for determining whether or not the integrated value of amounts of desulfurization-processed sulfur reaches a predetermined life level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】脱硫部の脱硫性能を簡単な構成で正確に判定可能な燃料電池システムの提供。【解決手段】燃料電池システム10が、LPガスボンベ1から供給される炭化水素ガスの分子量を検出する分子量検出部と、炭化水素ガスの分子量が大きくなるほど炭化水素ガス中の硫黄濃度を高く見積もる所定の関係と、炭化水素ガスの分子量とに基づいて、LPガスボンベ1から脱硫部11に供給される炭化水素ガス中の推定硫黄濃度を決定する硫黄濃度推定部と、所定期間内での推定硫黄濃度と、当該推定硫黄濃度である炭化水素ガスの所定期間内での脱硫処理済み体積とに基づいて、所定期間内での脱硫処理済硫黄量を導出する処理済硫黄量導出部と、脱硫処理済硫黄量を積算して、脱硫部11で脱硫処理した脱硫処理済硫黄量の積算値を導出する積算値導出部と、脱硫処理済硫黄量の積算値が所定の寿命レベルに到達したか否かを判定する寿命判定部とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
