To provide a production management method for castings that can be managed with an appropriate product pallet even when a defective product is determined as a good product by remachining.SOLUTION: In a production management method for castings manufactured by being continuously poured into a mold that has been conveyed after inoculation of a molten metal distributed a ladle from a melting furnace, a mold is formed having an identifying symbol that identifies the ladle. Identifying symbol data of the casting that has been sorted in association with an identification code assigned to a product pallet is acquired when the casting is placed in a specified product pallet based on the identifying symbol transferred to the casting that satisfies quality standards. When a casting not satisfying the quality standards is machined to satisfy the quality standards, the corresponding product pallet is specified from the identifying symbol of the casting, which is then stored thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 【課題】不良品が再加工により良品と判断された場合においても、適切な製品パレットで管理可能な鋳造品の生産管理方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明では、溶解炉から取鍋に配湯された溶湯に接種処理を行なったのち、搬送された鋳型に順次注湯し製造する鋳造品の生産管理方法であって、取鍋を特定する識別記号を付した鋳型を形成し、品質基準を満足する鋳造品に転写された識別記号に基づき所定の製品パレットに収める際に、製品パレットに付与されている識別コードに紐付けさせて仕分けられた鋳造品の識別記号のデータを取得する。一方、品質基準に満たない鋳造品を加工して品質基準を満足する場合に、当該鋳造品の識別記号から該当する製品パレットを特定し収めることとした。【選択図】図１４
