Summary:To provide a two-dimensional chemical measurement device having a higher sensitivity, by using a pn junction of which a large and high quantum efficiency can be expected from a Schottky junction.SOLUTION: An electrochemical measurement microarray 1 includes an electrochemical sensor 20, a well array plate 10 bonded thereon. The well array plate 10 is provided with a plurality of through-holes 12 corresponding to wells 11 in which liquid analysis targets D are individually inserted. The electrochemical sensor 20 includes a pn junction semiconductor layer electrically conducted with a bottom part of the well 11.
