Summary: | To provide a turning device which prevents an excessive large impact of a pinion gear of the turning device for rotationally driving a turbine rotor from a stationary state, and can prevent that it takes a time up until a sufficient inertia force is imparted to the turbine rotor because a rotation number of the pinion gear is too small, and also it takes a time for turning the turbine rotor.SOLUTION: In a turning device, since an optimum rotation number of a pinion gear with respect to a turbine rotor is changed according to a secular change of teeth of the turbine rotor and the pinion gear of a turning device, the pinion gear is fit to the turbine rotor in a short time without damaging the pinion gear by varying a tooth speed of the pinion gear according to a fitting state of both the turbine rotor and the pinion gear, and an amplitude state of the pinion gear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】タービンロータを静止状態から回転駆動させるためのターニング装置のピニオンギアの過大な衝撃を防止するとともに、ピニオンギアの回転数が小さすぎることにより、タービンロータへの十分な慣性力を与えるまでに時間を要し、タービンロータのターニングに時間がかかることを防止できるターニング装置を提供する。【解決手段】タービンロータの歯やターニング装置のピニオンギアの経年変化に応じてタービンロータに対するピニオンギアの最適回転数が変化するため、両者の嵌合状態や、ピニオンギアの振幅状態に応じてピニオンギアの歯速を可変させることで、ピニオンギアを傷めず、短い時間でタービンロータにピニオンギアを嵌合させるターニング装置。【選択図】図5 |
