To provide an automatic conveyance device that stably conveys a document even on a curved conveyance path.SOLUTION: There is provided an automatic conveyance device for conveying a recording medium, including: a drive roller disposed upstream of a reading portion in a conveyance direction; a driven roller disposed in a pair facing the drive roller; a nip portion formed by the drive roller and the driven roller; and a guide surface forming a curved conveyance path for guiding and conveying the recording medium to the nip portion.
