To provide an X-ray photographing apparatus that can quickly execute positioning of a subject, regardless of a position of a therapy beam irradiation head.SOLUTION: An X-ray photographing apparatus includes: a first X-ray photographing system comprising a first X-ray tube 11a and a first flat panel detector 21a; a second X-ray photographing system comprising a second X-ray tube 11b and a second flat panel detector 21b; a third X-ray photographing system comprising a third X-ray tube 11c and a third flat panel detector 21c; and a fourth X-ray photographing system comprising a fourth X-ray tube 11d and a fourth flat panel detector 21d.
