To provide a lighting fixture improving mounting workability when mounting a light source unit on the lighting fixture, and to provide a lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture is such that a light source unit can be detachably fitted. The light source unit includes a torsion coil spring for fitting. The lighting fixture is provided with a base plate and a fitting tool 5. The fitting tool 5 is fitted on the base plate, and an arm part is hung on the torsion coil spring. The fitting tool 5 includes a fitting part 51, a rising part 52, a support part 54 and a slanting part 53. The rising part 52 projects from the fitting part 51. On the support part 54, a notch 55 on which the arm part 82 can be hung is formed. The slanting part 53 connects the rising part 52 and the support part 54. On the slanting part 53, a guide edge part 57 is formed. The guide edge part 57 is connected to the notch 55 and guides the arm part toward the notch 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】照明器具に対して、光源ユニットを取り付けるに際して、取り付けの作業性を向上させることが可能な照明器具及び照明装置を提供する。【解決手段】照明器具は、光源ユニットが着脱可能に取り付けられる照明器具である。光源ユニットは、取付け用のねじりコイルばねを有する。照明器具は、ベース板と、取付け具５とを備える。取付け具５は、ベース板に取り付けられ、ねじりコイルばねのアーム部が掛かる。取付け具５は、取付け部５１と、立上部５２と、支持部５４と、傾斜部５３とを有する。立上部５２は、取付け部５１から突出する。支持部５４には、アーム部８２が掛かる切欠き５５が形成される。傾斜部５３は、立上部５２と支持部５４とをつなぐ。傾斜部５３には、誘導縁部５７が形成される。誘導縁部５７は、切欠き５５につながり、切欠き５５に向かってアーム部を誘導する。【選択図】図２
