To provide an on-vehicle system capable of estimating an intention of a sign of the other vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle system 1 comprises a first detection part 15C2 for detecting an illumination state of the other vehicle based on an image in which the periphery of a vehicle V is imaged; a second detection part 15C3 for detecting a traffic situation of the vehicle V; an estimation part 15C4 for estimating an intention of a sign of the other vehicle, based on the illumination state of the other vehicle detected by the first detection part 15C2, and the traffic situation of the vehicle V detected by the second detection part 15C3; and action parts 15C5, 15C6 each for carrying out processing in accordance with the sign of the other vehicle estimated by the estimation part 15C4.
