A photographing range identification unit 112 is configured to identify a photographing range upon photographing the farm field from sky using an UAV2 on the basis of a performance of a camera function of the UAV2. An object farm field identification unit 113 is configured to identify an object farm field serving a photographing object on the basis of instruction information from a user and the farm field information stored in the farm field DB 104.
