Summary:To restrain temperature fluctuations of cold water fed out from heat source machines.SOLUTION: A cooling system comprises: a plurality of heat source machines 108; a plurality of heat medium passages (heat source machine side cold water supply passages 112) connected to the plurality of heat source machines, and for passing a heat medium (cold water) generated from the plurality of heat source machines; a plurality of branching passages 202 branching from the plurality of heat medium passages respectively; a merging passage 204 into which the plurality of branching passages merge; and valves 208 provided in the plurality of branching passages respectively, and for opening/closing the branching passages. Thereby, a portion of the cold water supplied from operational heat source machines 108 out of the plurality of heat source machines 108 can be supplied to non-operational heat source machines 108.
