To provide the washing operation device capable of suppressing ball chain breakage.SOLUTION: The washing operation device according to the embodiment comprises a rotating shaft part and a ball chain. The rotating shaft part extends into a tank that stores washing water and is rotatable. The ball chain is pulled up by rotation of the rotating shaft part, thereby operating a drain valve disposed in the tank. Furthermore, the rotating shaft part has an attachment part and a support part. One end of the ball chain is attached to the attachment part.
